Which breathwork techniques will I learn in the class?

Breathwork techniques can vary from “breath of fire” and “box breathing” to “4-7-8 breathing”. I’ve both practiced and taught virtually all of the various breathwork techniques at different times. To determine which technique is most likely to be beneficial for you, you should first establish what your goal is or identify whatever issue you would like to resolve. The technique I mostly teach is called circular breathing or conscious connected breathing. It yields massive results in a very short amount of time. From the first time you try this technique, the results are immediate and undeniable. One of the things I love about circular breathing/conscious connected breathing, is that often – the more skeptical or resistant you are, the bigger the experience. Don’t take my word for it, do it and find out for yourself. The results are different for everybody and you will have a different experience almost every time (this also makes it really challenging to explain). So instead I focus on the results. The most common statement that I hear after my class is; “That felt like 20 years of therapy without having to say a word!” People from every demographic come and do my Breathwork and have massive results. Results such as; relief from stress, anxiety, depression, and healing lifelong wounds of feeling abandoned from a parent to physical health issues quickly disappearing.

In-Person Breathwork Teacher Training

Details on what to bring and how to register:

Hours: Thur, Fri, Sat & Sun from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Includes a morning and afternoon break and a one hour lunch).

A deposit of $900 (non-refundable, non-transferable unless we cancel the training) deposit required to reserve a spot in the breathwork training. Space will be very limited in this training and all of Jon Paul’s in-person breathwork trainings have completely sold out for the past five years so please don’t wait to register. The remaining balance will be due three weeks prior to the training, if your balance isn’t paid on time you may forfeit your spot in the training.

Please don’t be late and don’t ask to leave the breathwork training early. If you have to come late or leave early wait for other dates as it is disruptive to the other students.

What do I need to bring?

Yoga mats will be supplied. You’re welcome to bring a backjack, blanket, or notebook if you’d like.

Water will be provided through the breathwork training. We’ll have a one-hour lunch break each day, there are several restaurants close by or you can bring your own and eat at our venue.

Will I receive a Breathwork Certification?

Yes! Everyone attending this four day breathwork teacher training will receive a certificate at the end of the training.
