Hi Jon,

Thank you for creating this course. It was my first time doing breathwork, I was really surprised after day one.   It felt strange and exhilarating at the same time. My grounding changed…the energy I  used to ground…my energy changed. Day 2, it felt like I was on drugs…I was high on Lifeforce, breath, air.  Day 3, I experienced this beautiful release of pain, my mother’s. I cause her pain for separating out from the family group and for charting my own path. I cried writing those letters and then followed it up with breathwork…listening to your exercises made this a powerful transformative experience. Day 4, I never thought about writing my eulogy. It was weird and illuminating. Day 5, goodness I need to do this every day. This is a beautifully powerful exercise. I will do this emotional detox again. 


I love this course. I meditate twice a day and I can add 10 minutes of breathwork after my morning session. The Five Day emotional detox is packed with powerful tools and techniques. On day One, you experience a shift in perception and you become aware of the power your breath. I was experiencing issues in my 1st chakra and this course helped me to move out stuckness, destroy and recreate my grounding and move out other energies affecting my safety, security and how I provide for myself. There is so much I want to say about what I feel BW has allowed me to let go from my life and what consequently has had room to grow in its place.  I believe that for so long confidence and self love/care have been things I thought I understood intellectually, but could never actualize fully for myself.  There was a moment at BW where you were talking about self love (and this was after I completed the workshop series) and I knew I felt those things for certain in my heart for the first time.  I am so grateful. 

The letter was especially powerful for me.    I realized that every interaction I was having regarding an ongoing situation was fraught with anxiety over a lot of unresolved hurt.  It amazes me that after I wrote the letter, I was able feel more calm and work through the actual issue without feeling so vulnerable to something that has built over 20 years of hurt. 

The thing with BW is that every time I do it and I let go of things, they are gone.  It’s not like they come back, it’s that I can continue moving forward.  I’ve lived most of my adult life in a big city trying to be what I thought everyone wanted me to be. It didn’t work.  Now I’m back home with my family and on a journey finding out who I really am.  I don’t think it would otherwise be possible without this work to let go of the garbage enough to let the gratitude and love in.  That feels necessary to the process for me.
