Live Online Breathwork Class December 11 2022 – 9am (PST) 12pm (EST)

Breathwork for Self-Compassion

I know I’m not the only one out there who is hard on myself. If anyone treated me the way I used to treat myself, I would have gone to their house with a baseball bat. People like us don’t even realize that we’re beating ourselves up all the time. Science has proven that this is not good for us and it’s not good for our health mentally and physically. Your inner dialogue plays such a big part in to your reality and health. This Breathwork technique will help you stop beating yourself up. Coincidentally when we can find more compassion for ourselves, we find more compassion for others.

There’s 72 hr replay available after the class. If you don’t see it in your inbox after class, please email us (breathewithjp@gmail.com) Sunday night as the replay automatically expires on Wednesday afternoon.

Description

The two most common statements after this class are…

“That felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word!”

and

“That was the most profound experience I’ve ever had.”

Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you started. Don’t take my word for it, do it, and find out for yourself…It’s undeniable.

Jon Paul will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and east coast straightforwardness. (No woo woo here)

After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) he’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love.

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.

This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms.

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
