Live Online Breathwork Class January 1 2023 – 9am (PST) 12pm (EST)
New Year New Me – Breathwork
Before we can write the next chapter in our story we have to let go of the last one. You’re writing the story and you get to write a new chapter at any time. The start of the New Year is always to set some goals and some intentions to help clear out and let go of, the previous year. That’s what we will focus on in this class.
There’s 72 hr replay available after the class. If you don’t see it in your inbox after class, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) Sunday night as the replay automatically expires on Wednesday afternoon.

The two most common statements after this class are…
“That felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word!”
“That was the most profound experience I’ve ever had.”
Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you started. Don’t take my word for it, do it, and find out for yourself…It’s undeniable.
Jon Paul will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and east coast straightforwardness. (No woo woo here)
After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) he’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love.
Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.
When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.
This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms.
After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.
Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
