Los Angeles has a special place in my heart. It’s where I got sober, met my wife, and was introduced to Breathwork. It’s where I first began offering breathwork classes in a super small place. I love Los Angeles and all that it has given me.
That said, LA isn’t exactly built for personal transformation. The noise, the stress, the endless to-do lists—the city pulls people out of the space they need to create in order to transform. After conducting my breathwork sessions in LA for years, I began to notice something—people would leave after their deep work, only to go home and get swallowed up by the distractions of the city.
With over a decade of Breathwork experience, I have realized that to get the full benefit of this work, people need MORE than just a few hours at a time. They need an environment where they can fully immerse themselves—no distractions, no stepping back into regular life after a session. In other words, somewhere outside of their LA bubble.
Why Full Immersion Is Essential
If you’ve ever tried to do any kind of deep work—whether it’s breathwork, meditation, or even creative projects—while still living your regular life, you know how hard it can be to stay in that flow. The moment you get home, your phone’s blowing up, your mind is back on work, and the traffic of the city snaps you right out of the headspace you were in.
By taking my breathwork certification out of Los Angeles, I created the kind of immersive experience that lets you completely disconnect from the everyday chaos. When you step away from the noise and stress of the city, you can go deeper into the work. You’re not just dipping your toes in—you’re diving all the way in!
It’s 4 days where you can focus fully on yourself, your growth, and the incredible potential of breathwork. No distractions, no phones, no stepping back into “normal” life after a session—just you, fully committed to the process.
4 Days to Certification—No Drawn-Out Program
A lot of breathwork programs will stretch out over months, sometimes even a year. That might work for some people, but here’s the thing: I don’t think you need that long. My approach is different because I’ve seen how powerful and effective a one-week immersive experience can be.
When you fully commit to the process for a solid 4 days, something clicks. The work goes deeper, the results stick, and you come out the other side with everything you need to start leading your own breathwork sessions. This isn’t about dragging it out over weekends or waiting for months to build up your skills. We dive in, we get the work done, and you leave with the confidence and the tools to start right away.
We are heading to Utah and Switzerland for the next breathwork certifications. Get out of your LA bubble and into your true self.
