Most people don’t realize they’re carrying around years, sometimes decades, of unprocessed emotion, stress, and tension. They try to push through it. Numb it. Talk it out. But nothing really sticks. I know, because I did the same. Until I found breathwork.
The kind of breathwork I teach isn’t about calming down or “being present.” It’s not mindfulness. This is conscious connected breathing, also called circular breathwork. It’s intense, physical, emotional, and yes, life-changing. My breathwork training exists to teach people how to work with the breath to create real shifts in the body and mind.
What Circular Breathwork Really Does?
You breathe in through the mouth, out through the mouth. No pauses. No holding. Just one connected breath into the next. Sounds simple. But once you get into it, the body responds in powerful ways.
This breath changes your state. It activates your nervous system, shakes things loose, and gives your body a chance to process stuck emotions, without needing to intellectualize them. Most people feel tingling, tightness, sometimes waves of sadness, anger, or even joy. That’s normal. That’s the work.
The breath opens the door, and the body walks through.
What Happens to Your Body During a Session?
You’re going to feel things. Maybe things you didn’t know were still in there.
Tingling, tightness, energy moving through your arms or jaw, totally normal. Emotional waves, memories, tension releasing, it’s all part of the process. Your body doesn’t need permission to heal. It just needs space. That’s what this breath creates.
Unlike talk therapy, which stays mostly in your head, circular breathwork gets underneath the thinking and into the nervous system. It helps release the patterns and stress responses your body’s been holding on to.
And the best part? You don’t need to figure anything out. You just breathe.
What It Does to Your Mind?
This practice isn’t about controlling your thoughts. It’s about breaking free from them. So many people are stuck in their heads, overanalyzing, overthinking, looping in anxiety. Breathwork gets you out of that loop and into something real.
The breath doesn’t care about your story. It doesn’t care what happened to you last year or who you’re angry at. It brings you straight into your body, your truth, your release. That’s where real change happens.
That’s why my breathwork courses don’t waste time with lectures or fluff. We get right into it. We breathe. We feel. We shift.
Learning to Guide Breathwork for Others
I built my breathwork training to be direct, practical, and results-driven. Whether you’re here for your own healing or to hold space for others, the work starts the same way, you show up and do the breath. What you need is honesty, integrity, and the guts to feel your own stuff. That’s what makes someone a powerful guide.
My Breathworks Teacher Training gives you everything you need to facilitate sessions safely and effectively. No spiritual bypass. No sugarcoating. Just real tools, real impact.
Start Where You Are
This practice doesn’t require you to be spiritual. You don’t need to have all your stuff figured out. All you need is a willingness to show up and breathe. That’s it. If you are a busy professional, you can also attend online sessions.
Tired of thinking your way through everything? if you’ve hit a wall in your healing or just want something real, this might be the next step. You can start with a session, join a workshop, or go all in with training.
Whatever you choose, just know: the breath doesn’t lie.
FAQs
1. What kind of breathwork do you teach?
I teach circular breathwork, also called conscious connected breathing. It’s active and intense. It moves energy and emotion through the body.
2. Is this work safe for everyone?
Most people can do it safely, but there are exceptions (like pregnancy or certain medical conditions). I always recommend checking with your doctor and starting with a guided session.
3. What happens during a typical session?
You’ll lie down, breathe in a connected rhythm for about 30-40 minutes, and go through a physical-emotional process. Each session is different, and whatever shows up is welcome.
4. Do I need experience to take the training?
No. Just willingness. Whether you’re here for your own growth or to support others, the training will meet you where you are.
5. How is this different from meditation or breath awareness?
This isn’t about calming the mind. It’s about activating the body to release stuck emotions. It’s a full-body experience, not a mental one.
